Join George Howell a two and a half hour PowerPoint, taste-filled, guided tour of coffee's journey from seed to cup. This seminar is intended to give consumers an understanding of what actually goes into creating quality coffee, from farm to cup. It is meant to empower consumers by informing their palates as well as their minds.

George Howell founded Boston's legendary The Coffee Connection (1975 - 1994). He then consulted for the United Nations and co-founded the Cup of Excellence (1999), a non-profit organization which dramatically improved the way quality coffee is sourced and paid for in the world today. Winner of the Specialty Coffee Association of Americas Lifetime Achievement Award and the Specialty Coffee Association of Europe's Better Coffee World Award, George is at the cutting edge of the single farm coffee movement in the US and world.
