BCBSPlease join us for a hands-on cooking class on taking the stress out of preparing holiday meals—and making them healthy! Leading the class will be Lee Miller, resident chef for the Boston Public Market Kitchen and former Haley House Bakery Cafe chef.

Planning: Last Things First

  • VeggiesBackwards meal planning: Learn a better way to manage time.
  • Eating seasonally: It’s good for your local farmer and good for you.

Recipes: Healthy Holiday Side Dishes

  • Cran-Apple Sauce: Ditch the can for this antioxidant rich side dish.
  • Roast Root Veggies: Enjoy local honey and a great source of fiber and vitamins.

Cost: FREE. Limited spots available exclusively for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts members. Attendees will be asked to present your Blue Cross Member ID card at check-in.
